Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Valley Ridge Partners website, create an account, or apply for an opportunity. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Valley Ridge Partners (“Valley Ridge”, “we”, “us”) is a boutique executive and professional search firm. This website lets you explore the opportunities we are working on, apply for them, and join our network.
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used in a way that puts the site or other people at risk.
When you submit a resume, profile details or a note, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate. You give us permission to use it to consider you for opportunities, to contact you, and, where you have joined our network, to consider you for future searches. We may share relevant details with a client when we put you forward for an opportunity. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The text, design, logos and other material on this site belong to Valley Ridge Partners or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or reuse the material for any other purpose without our written permission.
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Valley Ridge Partners is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
If you have a question about these terms, please reach out through the contact form on our Employers page.
