Our Philosophy

A Philosophy

Grounded in Principle.

Alecia believes that while business evolves, the values behind it should remain the same.

/01

A person’s word should carry weight.

/02

Commitments should be honored.

/03

Accountability should be expected.

/04

Doing what is right should never be negotiable.

Throughout her career, she has placed tremendous value on genuine relationships, straightforward communication, sound judgment and the willingness to follow through—especially when circumstances become difficult. She believes trust is earned through actions, credibility is built over time, and a reputation is only as strong as the promises you keep.

Those principles are foundational to Valley Ridge Partners.

The firm was established to bring an executive’s perspective to the search process, combining firsthand business and leadership experience with a deeply personal, relationship-driven approach. Every engagement begins with understanding the organization, its people, its culture and the business objectives behind the search. The goal is not simply to identify qualified candidates, but to connect organizations with leaders and professionals capable of making a meaningful, lasting contribution.

Where a Handshake Still Matters

Because a handshake should still mean something.

At Valley Ridge Partners, we believe the strongest business relationships are built on trust, strengthened through action and measured by results.
